What Does the FSBO do for the 50 percent Commission?
1.) They use our unique tools to attract friends, business associates, neighbors, relatives or anyone else who is interested in their home.
2.) They make the appointments for the contacts. If they are interested, the homeowner must call us to register them and/or have us write up the offer.
By using the program FSBO have usually saved $3,780 for a few minutes work. (Based on average Ouachita home sale of $120,000)

We start out with the Smart Seller Cards, which is a little business card with a picture of your house on it with all the vital information. The FSBO can pass these cards out to friends or leave them at businesses, restaurants, or community bulletin boards.

Homeowners sit their own open houses. As another element of our advertising, we provide the owners with our open house signs to advertise their open house if they want. This is a marketing tool that includes our team name and company information.
